Singapore-based movie distributor Odex Private Limited has announced on Friday that sci-fi action anime films The Irregular at Magic High School The Movie: The Girl Who Calls the Stars and Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution is set to release in key countries and regions in Southeast Asia.
Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution will be screened in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei and the Philippines while The Irregular at Magic High School The Movie: The Girl Who Calls the Stars will be screened in above-countries including Hong Kong.
Screening dates are yet to be announced.
The movie Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution takes place 10 years before the start of the first Eureka Seven anime, including a new ending that was not present in the original series.
The Irregular at Magic High School The Movie: The Girl Who Calls the Stars tells the story of Tatsuya and Miyuki as they spend their spring break in their villa on the Ogasawara Island archipelago. A young woman from an abandoned Naval base named Kokoa appears before them, requesting Tatsuya to fulfill her one wish.
