Haruhi Suzumiya receives new novel after 9 years

For the first time in nine and a half years, a new Haruhi Suzumiya book will be released in Japan in November, the official Twitter account of the series announced on Monday.

Titled Suzumiya Haruhi no Chokkan (The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya), the 12th light novel volume is set to release on November 25 in Japan. Pre-orders for the book has already started.

Haruhi Suzumiya is a light novel series written by Nagaru Tanigawa and illustrated by Noizi Ito. It inspired the hit anime series The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya from Kyoto Animation.
