The theatrical screening of the first episode of “Demon Slayer: To the Swordsmith Village arc” is set to release on the big screen in the Philippines this March.
According to ODEX Philippines, the fan screenings are scheduled on March 11 and 18 at SM Cinema branches in Mall of Asia, Megamall and North EDSA. SM Cinema has previously announced that they will exclusively screen the movie in their theaters.
The movie includes the last two episodes of the Entertainment district arc and the first episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc.
Based on the manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge, “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” has become a worldwide sensation since its release in 2016. The story begins when Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by a demon, joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his younger sister Nezuko back into a human after she was transformed into a demon.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc will begin airing from April 2023.
