Ozine Fest has recently unveiled its highly anticipated lineup of events scheduled for the latter half of 2023. Promising a wide range of activities and featuring special guests, these upcoming events are set to provide attendees of all ages with a memorable experience.
The series of events will kick off with the Otaku Expo Tanabata Festival Special, taking place on July 15-16 at Ayala Manila Bay. Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including a Photo Area, Cosplay Competitions, and a Kimono Parade. In addition, traditional Japanese festivities such as Gold Fish Scooping, Wishing Paper, Target Shooting, Water Balloon Yoyo, and more will be available for participation. A special guest from Thailand Misaki will be in attendance, adding to the excitement of the event.
Following that, from August 19-20, the Otaku Expo Tanabata Festival will be held at Megatrade Halls 2-3 in SM Megamall. With an entrance fee of Php 250, attendees can engage in a lively atmosphere with activities such as the Kimono Cosplay Competition, Paper Crane Folding, Battle of the Bands, Wish Tree, Cat and Dog Cosplay Competition, Kimono Parade, and other experiences that celebrate Japanese culture.
As the spooky season approaches, Ozine Fest Halloween Special will transform Ayala Mall Fairview Terraces into an eerie destination on October 21-22. Attendees can participate in Trick or Treat, a Horror Themed cosplay competition, browse through Anime Merch, explore the Artist Alley, take part in games, and stand a chance to win exciting prizes and giveaways.
For anime enthusiasts, the Anime Fair at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf Activity Center on November 25-26 and Ayala Mall Manila Bay Activity Center from December 1-3 are not to be missed. These events will offer a variety of merchandise, exhibits, and special activities, free of charge.
Lastly, on December 26-27, the much-anticipated Ozine Fest Retro Anime Event will take place at Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall. This event will offer a nostalgic journey through beloved classic anime series and characters. Attendees can expect cosplay showcases and exclusive merchandise that celebrate the golden era of anime.
