Cosplay.ph invites school organizations to participate in the “My Clan Academia” School Org Competition. Scheduled for Anime & Cosplay Expo (ACX) 2024 on July 20-21, at Function Rooms 4-5, SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City, this event aims to foster creativity and teamwork among participating school groups.
“My Clan Academia,” a program by CosplayPH, is tailored for Japanese pop-culture school organizations. Interested parties must submit their booth proposals by June 24, 2024, through their website. Accepted proposals will secure a free booth at the expo and a 10% share of ticket sales to support their projects. Furthermore, outstanding booths on the event day will be honored with special awards.
Competition guidelines state that all school organizations from various schools and universities are eligible to participate, provided they are officially recognized by their institutions. Applications will undergo review by the CosplayPH School Communications Team, with successful applicants being contacted by the CosplayPH team. Up to ten complimentary booth slots will be granted.
Participating school organizations will have the opportunity to engage in fundraising activities by offering goods and services at their booths.
