🌟 Baguio City celebrates the second year of the “Baguio Cosplay Festival,” an event that showcases the creativity, community, and culture of the city’s ever-expanding cosplay community.
🌟 The success of Baguio Cosplay Day 2023 led to the Baguio City Council’s decision in January 2024 to institutionalize the event by approving Ordinance Numbered 02, Series of 2024, making it an annual celebration.
